ServiceBooked has three plans. They differ on how much volume you can run through the system and whether you get the voice AI Receptionist.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card up front but you’re not charged until day 15 — and you can cancel any time before then with one click.

What’s the same on every plan

  • Unlimited contacts with the full CRM — tags, statuses, timeline
  • The chat widget on your website
  • Forms with auto-reply (how many you can publish varies by plan)
  • Calendar integrations (Google, Cal.com, Calendly) + calendar invites
  • Two-way SMS and missed-call auto-text
  • Automated appointment reminders and self-serve reschedule links
  • Business-hours-aware AI and service-area filtering
  • Browser push notifications
  • Knowledge base
  • Email support

What changes by plan

Starter — $199/mo

The entry tier: the full AI Receptionist + CRM, sized for low volume. Best if you’re testing the waters or your call/text volume is light.
  • 50 AI conversations/month (text + chat combined).
  • 1 published form.
  • Full contacts CRM, chat widget, SMS, missed-call auto-text, appointment reminders, and knowledge base.
  • No voice AI Receptionist — voice calls fall through to your existing voicemail (you still get missed-call auto-text).
  • No deal pipeline, tasks, team members, or Slack — those start on Growth.
The plan most owners stay on. Best if you handle a steady stream of leads or you want the AI Receptionist to answer the phone when you can’t.
  • 200 AI conversations/month — headroom for a steady lead flow.
  • 5 published forms.
  • voice AI Receptionist included — 300 voice minutes/month, on your own provisioned phone number.
  • Adds the deal pipeline, tasks, team members, Slack notifications, AI lead summaries, and the custom workflow editor.

Pro — $499/mo

For multi-tech operations or high-volume businesses.
  • Unlimited AI conversations.
  • 10 published forms.
  • voice AI Receptionist with 600 voice minutes/month.
  • Everything in Growth, plus outgoing webhooks, white-label branding, priority support, and the Reviews & Reputation module (automated review requests, the smart funnel, QR poster, AI-drafted replies, and an embeddable reviews widget).

How to pick

Three quick questions:
  1. Do you want the AI Receptionist to answer the phone? If yes → Growth or Pro. If you only want missed-call auto-text + chat + forms, Starter is fine.
  2. How many leads per day do you handle? Under 5/day → Starter is plenty. 5–30/day → Growth. 30+/day or multi-location → Pro.
  3. Is voice volume going to be heavy? Multi-tech businesses with lots of phone traffic can blow through Growth’s 300 minutes — Pro’s 600 gives more headroom.
When in doubt, start on Growth. You can downgrade to Starter or upgrade to Pro any time during your trial — your data, settings, and conversations all carry over.

Annual billing

Every plan is offered monthly or annually. Annual gets you a meaningful discount (typically two months free), billed up front. Pick whichever you prefer on the /pricing page; you can switch later from Settings → Billing.

Adding more capacity later

If you’re approaching your plan’s caps, you’ll see usage meters on Settings → Billing turn amber, then red. We’ll also email you a heads-up at 80% so there are no surprises. Upgrading takes effect immediately and prorates the difference on your next invoice. More on plans, limits, and billing →

Trial extensions

If your trial is wrapping up and you need a few more days to make a call, you can request an extension from Settings → Billing. Reasonable requests (you’re mid-onboarding, your team is on vacation, you’re still wiring up your phone carrier) are usually approved. More on trial extensions →
