The QR code poster brings the review funnel into your physical space. Print it, stick it on the counter / hand it to customers / put it on the truck, and anyone who scans it lands on the same star-rating page your SMS and email requests use. Scans follow your funnel mode: in the default All → public, every tap goes straight to Google; in Feedback first, happy customers (4–5★) go to Google and unhappy ones (1–3★) leave private feedback first. No phone number or email required — they just scan and tap.

Where to find it

Reputation → QR code. You’ll see a live preview of the poster (your business name, a headline, and the QR code) plus controls to print, download, or copy the link.

Customize the poster

  • Poster message — the headline shown above the QR code. Defaults to “We’d love your feedback — how did we do?” Edit it (up to 200 characters) and the preview updates live.
The business name and QR code are filled in automatically. The QR code encodes a stable signed link — the same URL every time you render it, so a poster you printed last month keeps working.
1

Print

Opens a clean print view sized for paper. Print it and place it wherever customers are at the end of a job — reception desk, invoice, vehicle, job-site sign.
2

Download PNG

Saves a high-resolution (1024×1024) image of the QR code for use in your own designs — flyers, business cards, email signatures, stickers.
3

Copies the underlying funnel URL to your clipboard. Drop it anywhere a QR code doesn’t fit — a text message, a website button, a printed receipt’s footer.

What happens when someone scans it

  1. They land on your branded star-rating page.
  2. They tap a star (1–5).
  3. They’re routed per your funnel mode: in All → public (default) every rating goes straight to your Google review page; in Feedback first, a 1–3★ tap shows a private feedback form first, then still offers the Google link.
  4. They see a thank-you screen.
In Feedback first mode, low-star feedback notifies you (the owner) and creates an urgent task so you can follow up quickly.
The redirect to Google only works if you’ve set a Google review URL — either by connecting your Google Business Profile or pasting the link in Reputation → Settings. Until then, the QR page warns you that scans have nowhere to redirect.

QR vs. sent requests

The QR poster and sent review requests are complementary, not either/or:
  • Sent requests are personalized, tied to a specific completed job, deduped per customer, and tracked in your conversion stats.
  • The QR poster is anonymous and open-ended — great for walk-ins, repeat customers, or anyone you interact with in person who isn’t tied to a tracked deal.
Run both: automated requests after every job, and the poster on the counter for everyone else.
