Where to find it
Reputation → QR code. You’ll see a live preview of the poster (your business name, a headline, and the QR code) plus controls to print, download, or copy the link.Customize the poster
- Poster message — the headline shown above the QR code. Defaults to “We’d love your feedback — how did we do?” Edit it (up to 200 characters) and the preview updates live.
Print, download, or share

Download PNG
Saves a high-resolution (1024×1024) image of the QR code for use in your own designs — flyers, business cards, email signatures, stickers.
What happens when someone scans it
- They land on your branded star-rating page.
- They tap a star (1–5).
- 4 or 5 stars → redirected straight to your Google review page.
- 1, 2, or 3 stars → shown a private feedback form. Their comments come to you privately and never post publicly.
- They see a thank-you screen.
The 4–5★ redirect to Google only works if you’ve set a Google review URL — either by connecting your Google Business Profile or pasting the link in Reputation → Settings. Until then, the QR page warns you that happy scans have nowhere to go.
QR vs. sent requests
The QR poster and sent review requests are complementary, not either/or:- Sent requests are personalized, tied to a specific completed job, deduped per customer, and tracked in your conversion stats.
- The QR poster is anonymous and open-ended — great for walk-ins, repeat customers, or anyone you interact with in person who isn’t tied to a tracked deal.
